I’m originally from Caracas, Venezuela and currently based in Northern Virginia. My career began in the mid 90‘s in Caracas, designing brand identity, ad campaigns, and packaging for one of Caracas’s advertising agencies LOWE CONCEPT.
After several years as a senior graphic designer, I’ve decided to enroll in Philadephia’s Drexel University to learn English, then attended The Art Institute of Philadelphia, graduating with a Web Design and Interactive Media degree.
Shortly after graduation I spent several years consulting for a few Silicon Valley start-ups, design firms, as well as HP creating iconic brand identity, and a range of print materials.
Nowadays I’m a partner and designer at Mcween, a multi-disciplinary,
bi-lingual design studio, and consultancy based in Leawood, Kansas leading a range of design projects from brand identity, and graphic standards to website design, and user interface.
